About Aastha Tatia

I'm Aastha Tatia, daughter of two rock-solid pillars, mother to a lovely daughter, wife of a humor king. An engineer, MBA, and a corporate executive turned anchorperson, now as a happiness coach, I help corporate leaders create deep connections and meaningful relationships in their organizations. I am trained in behavioral neuroscience. I have helped people identify their barriers and go beyond them by creating desired results. I believe coaching is about supporting you to come up with your own solutions. My approach comes from the context that people are whole and complete and they have all the solutions within themselves.
